Husain receives proper attention

Untitled
Dear Susan, Kevin, Mary, and Kristin,

Husain is 13 years old. He and his little brother live with their poor family in a dilapidated, abandoned building in extreme poverty. His family is unable to provide him with adequate food, health care, and proper attention and he spends most of his time on the streets. Fortunately, Husain was discovered by caring adults in his local Iraqi community who reached out to him. With your generous support, Husain is able to receive tutoring, healthy meals, health care and space to experience the joys of childhood.

The mission of the Sponsor Iraqi Children Foundation is to assist the families and communities of Iraq by mobilizing a life-changing “Surge of Love” for millions of children orphaned by violence in Iraq. They are committed to doing this under the leadership of the Iraqi people by serving as a catalyst to mobilize U.S. and international partners; investing in training and capacity building of Iraq’s non-governmental and community organizations; and emphasizing direct assistance for hand up, not hand out, projects.

Thank you Kevin, Kristin, Mary, and Susan for supporting Husain and the Sponsor Iraqi Children Foundation!
